Since 1989, Hartford Financial Associates, LTD has been involved in the marketing and servicing of all types of Employee Benefit plans including Group Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, Short and Long Term Disability, Retirement Plans, and Voluntary Benefits. Our focus is on small to medium sized companies, which allows us to work closely with owners/management to develop creative solutions for their employee benefit needs. We have experience in both the fully insured and the self insured marketplace, with clients ranging from 1 to 1,000 lives.
While no agency can be expert in all areas of employee benefits, we have strong established relationships with other benefit experts in specialized areas such as pension/retirement plan design and administration, and third party administrators for self insured plans, as well as estate planning to name a few. This allows us to bring in the right people at the right time to handle any benefit need.
